begins with observation; then a question; then another observation; and then another question; and so on. Action is then based on the observations and assessments of the subject. This process is the foundation for all the great Philosophical/Wisdom traditions throughout the ages and our objective is to introduce and help everyone access this internal process through participation and practice.

There are so many methods, philosophies and practices on offer for how to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. Yet more often than not the improvements are only temporary. We wish to offer a solution which is longer lasting, a method which is always and everywhere applicable to improve one’s well-being.



There is no cost, it is free and always will be; we are a non-profit charitable organisation funded solely by donation.

Our Vision


The great sages of the world’s wisdom traditions, including many religions, often expressed repeatedly that nothing can take the place of the face to face interaction between the guide and the one being guided. They saw themselves more as guides on a common path, rather than as lecturers or instructors and were aware that real learning is done when the student themselves discover the answers within.

The pace of life has increased exponentially over the past few years leaving many of us struggling to catch up with daily existence. For many the stress is overwhelming and seems like a never-ending unwinnable battle. It doesn’t have to be this way and the tools to solve this crisis are within each and every one of us. The Path to Wisdom is about learning to activate and use these skills.

Mindful Self-Reflection* and Mindful Self-Focus**

Contemplative awareness methods have been taught and practiced in human societies for over 4000 years. Different cultures have given rise to various methods but the end goal was the same; to become aware of one’s own processes, emotional, mental and physical in order to live a happier, healthier and fulfilling life.

Many well-established scientific studies have verified and confirmed the benefits of these practice on our health, both mental and physical, as well as happiness and satisfaction, in our lives. This naturally leads to more harmonious societies and human relationships in private and public life.
